Our love of text based adventure games inspired us to recreate The Studio as a MUD. Like in classic MUDs, players can “look” at their surroundings, “open” doors, “take” and “use” items, and “say” things to other players. Inside the MUD players can also solder together electronic gizmos, read books in the extensive library, or make bird houses in our woodshop.
The game was built as an AIM Bot in Java using the Open AIM SDK. Anyone with iChat (or any other AIM client) can play. Add tsfimmud to your buddy list and if it is online send it an IM to start playing.
